Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. In the event your item arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item so that we can give you a replacement or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you purchased your item. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all of our valued customers.

Orders over $35 -- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $35.00. There is a $5.00 shipping fee on all orders under $35.00.

We work hard to ensure that your items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking -- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Delays -- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or holiday periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Shipping Locations -- Currently, we offer shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada.

Incorrect Addresses -- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. Statement Mug cannot be responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
